Your feasibility only works if the build price holds.
In Master Builders' 2023 survey of more than 1,000 building professionals and homeowners, 46% named price escalation as their biggest concern. Our construction price is fixed when you sign, for a level site. Foundation work beyond that, site works, council fees and any changes you ask for are quoted separately.

Every unit should be built like the last.
Frame and panels are made in the factory to the approved design, cut to size and numbered, so unit five is assembled from the same parts as unit one.

Your lender will ask about the system. We raise it first.
How the building is designed, engineered and consented, and exactly where certification stands. Before you sign, we show you all of it.

Consent from the first meeting.
Consent work starts at the first meeting, and we prepare and lodge the consent and answer every council request. The council makes the decision.
